Many Christians are suffering the effects of abuse, abandonment and neglect.  Issues they face include fear, rejection, confusion, insecurity and broken relationships.  Even though God has called them out of the darkness into the light, and they are genuinely trying to change, they still struggle with issues that plagued them before they gave their lives to Christ.
